Operational Capacity Policy
We assess capacity on a case-by-case basis based on participant location, shift frequency, support intensity, and worker compatibility. We do not claim guaranteed placement, immediate commencement, or guaranteed response times. Instead, we provide prompt, honest capacity advice so Support Coordinators always know the exact operational status of their referral.
Protecting Sensitive Documents
In strict compliance with the Privacy Act 1988, Australian Privacy Principles, and NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards:
Sensitive participant documents (such as comprehensive clinical assessments, medical diagnostic reports, behavior support plans, or full NDIS plan documents) should not be unnecessarily submitted through public web forms. Our initial referral form collects only essential non-sensitive intake details. Once logged, our intake team will arrange a secure, encrypted transfer method or direct practitioner exchange for any necessary clinical documentation.
What Happens After You Submit a Referral?
Our onboarding process is structured, transparent, and respectful of both coordinator and participant time.
Referral Receipt & Intake Review
Our intake officer reviews the referral specifics, participant location, and requested shift schedule, and acknowledges receipt promptly.
Coordinator & Participant Alignment
We connect with the Support Coordinator and participant/family to clarify goals, cultural preferences, and any clinical requirements.
Tailored Worker Matching
We identify and match screened, qualified support workers suited to the participant's personality, schedule, and support profile.
Compliant Service Agreement
We draft a clear, compliant NDIS service agreement aligned with official NDIS Price Guide rates, with zero unexpected charges.
Service Commencement & Ongoing Communication
Supports begin smoothly with regular check-ins. We provide progress updates to Support Coordinators as required for plan reviews.

We know Support Coordinators and Plan Managers value reliability and transparent updates. Our commitments to our referral partners include:
- Prompt Referral Acknowledgment: Referrals submitted online are acknowledged in a timely manner by our dedicated intake officer.
